2. Purpose

This Legal Notice sets out the identifying details of the owner of Finelly, an application available as a web app (PWA) through its domain and as a native application for iOS and Android, and the general conditions for accessing the site, in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

3. Conditions of use

Access to Finelly is free and funded by advertising, except for the optional ad-removal purchase. Using the service implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The Finelly brand, code, design and contents belong to Eduviku SL or are used under the corresponding licence. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.

5. Liability

Eduviku SL is not liable for service interruptions, technical errors or damages arising from improper use of the application, as set out in the Terms and Conditions.

6. Governing law

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of their domicile shall have jurisdiction.
