Inside the app
Finelly runs on your phone and almost everything happens once you sign in. This page is here so you do not have to register just to find out what is inside: these are the real screens, and what each one does.

You decide how it is played
Set up each meet-up your way: place, time, leeway, penalty and who takes part.
Creating an event is one screen and one minute. The venue is searched by name or address and saved with its coordinates, which are what later validate arrivals. You pick the time, what each late minute costs and how many stragglers pay — that last setting is the one that changes the game most. You can allow a few minutes of leeway before delays start counting, and you write down where the pot goes, which is printed on the receipt. Saving it produces an invite code to pass around the group.

Turn being on time into a habit
Track your progress, beat your own records and show off a streak your friends will want to break.
The home screen sums up how you are doing: your punctuality percentage, your live streak and a direct way to create an event or join one with its code. The streak gains a day every time you arrive within the deadline and breaks when you do not, which is exactly what makes people protect it.

Put your group to the test
Find out who is genuinely punctual and who always turns up once the party has started.
Friends are added by nickname or email and, once the request is accepted, they join the ranking. There are three: among your friends, by country and worldwide, the last two as a Top 50. You can also save friend groups and invite the usual crowd in one go, instead of picking people one by one every time.

Your punctuality, in numbers
Go through your results, discover your best streaks and unlock achievements as you play.
The history holds every event you have taken part in, with how many minutes late you were and what you paid. Above it sit your accumulated stats and the badges: there are 60 of them across 17 categories, and not all of them are a prize. There are badges for punctuality and streaks, but also for fines paid, extreme delays and finishing last.

No excuses here
Your arrival is recorded by GPS so everyone knows when you actually showed up.
When you get there you press the check-in button and the app checks your location at that moment: it is accepted if you are within 150 metres of the venue. It is only read when you press the button, there is no background tracking, and the time that counts is the server's, not your phone's. If GPS fails, the organiser can mark your arrival by hand.

Being late has a price
Anyone who keeps to the time gets away free. The late ones leave their mark on the pot.
Closing the event produces the receipt: who arrived when, who pays and how much, and the pot total with the destination you wrote. Only those at the top of the delay list pay, as many as you decided when creating the event, so arriving late does not mean paying. Once the money has changed hands the pot is marked as settled: Finelly records it, it does not move it.

Solo Mode
And if the meet-up is you.
Finelly is mostly a group game. But you can also use it with yourself: the gym, the Monday meeting, bedtime. Here punctuality is not only penalised — it is rewarded.
- Arriving early adds up. This is the only mode where being early gives you something. Every minute early adds to your pot (up to a cap of 15 minutes) and every minute late takes from it (up to a cap of 60): beyond that it is not punctuality, it is just being somewhere.
- A pot with a destination. You give it a name and a destination you choose yourself: "Trip to Japan", "Friday coffee". Each event adds to or subtracts from a single pot, and the balance can go negative. You are not collecting points, you are collecting towards something.
- Private, and kept apart. Here you confirm your own arrival, with nobody to verify it. That is why these events do not count towards your punctuality rate or the leaderboards: they are for measuring yourself, not for competing.
The pot is a scoreboard, not an account. Just like the pot of a group event, the money in Solo Mode is symbolic: Finelly keeps count and nothing more.
